honey-Lime Grilled Chicken

I found this recipe off of pinterest when I was looking for new chicken recipes. Chicken is cheaper than beef so we've been trying to eat more of it but I needed some more ideas. We marinated the chicken over night and served it with fresh sweet corn and mash potatoes.

I was worried Rich wouldn't like it because of the lime but the citrus flavor was tempered by the honey perfectly. Rich really liked it!

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup lime juice
1/3 cup oil
3 Tbsp honey
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation:

Combine lime juice, oil, honey, thyme, rosemary, garlic and pepper. Pour it over chickens in a ziplock
bag. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours up to overnight. Grill until done and juices run clear.
